TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering our premises, booking a simulator, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the facility.

2. User Eligibility and Conduct

Users must be 16 years of age or older. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Users must follow all posted safety signage and instructions displayed within the facility or on our website.
Any abusive behavior, misuse of equipment, intoxication, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of access with no refund.

3. Booking and Account Use

All bookings must be made via our online platform or app. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Users may not share access codes or account credentials. Doing so may result in account suspension or termination.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Please contact bunkervillemanager@gmail.com to do so.

4. Facility Access

Access is granted via a Kisi url link during your booked time only.
Users who remain in the facility beyond their booking slot may be charged an additional fee.
Entry outside of scheduled hours or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Health and Safety

Users are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of using the simulator safely.
You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or medical conditions.
Proper attire and footwear must be worn at all times.

6. Equipment Use and Damage

All equipment must be used as intended. Do not tamper with or attempt to modify any part of the simulator.
You agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property due to negligence or misuse.
The facility is under video surveillance for safety and liability purposes.

7. Privacy

We collect and store limited personal and usage information to manage bookings and ensure facility security.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on what we collect, how it’s used, and your rights under Ontario’s privacy laws.

8. Payment and Fees

All bookings must be prepaid by credit card or approved payment method.
In case of chargebacks or failed payments, we reserve the right to suspend your account and seek reimbursement, including administrative fees.

9. Code of Conduct

Users must treat the facility and other guests with respect.
You must clean up after yourself and dispose of any waste in designated bins.
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is allowed inside the facility.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk. Bunkerville is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the facility.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or consistency of the simulator’s software.
In no event shall Bunkerville or its owners, staff, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access for any violation of these Terms without notice or refund.
You are liable for any costs or damages incurred as a result of prohibited conduct.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the facility after such changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users via email or posting on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
